Registration and Refund Policies

All conference attendees must be 21 or over and able to verify age with valid photo identification. Anyone is eligible for conference registration. The Association reserves the right to approve or decline registration.

APEE cancellation policy provides a full refund of the registration fee up to two weeks prior to the beginning of the conference. After that, up until one week before the conference, the organization refunds the conference registration fee minus the cost of the conference food and beverage package for which the Association is committed. After one week prior to the conference, the organization has full financial commitments to the meeting and can grant no further refunds. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to apee@ttu.edu or The Association of Private Enterprise Education, Texas Tech University, Box 45059, Lubbock, TX 79409-5059.

To further assist our office with your refund, please provide the following information:

  • Your name and affiliation.
  • If you paid by check, please confirm the address to which your refund check should be mailed. Credit card payments will be refunded to the card to which they were charged.
  • If you are presenting a paper, will your paper be presented by a co-author, or should it be removed from the program?
